Services we provide to Landlords 


Finding Tenants Only

If you're looking to manage your own units and need help finding tenants, we can provide the following:

  • Advertise the property on your behalf to prospective renters;
  • Provide information to prospective renters and to schedule & provide viewings of your unit;
  • Provide prospective renters with application forms and conducting credit reports;
  • Maintaining communication with you as the landlord at all times in regards to updates;
  • Collecting and finalizing all legal documents (Lease, Schedule A, Tenants Insurance, Pet Agreement, etc...;
  • Obtaining Security Deposit of one months rent and providing to the Rentalsman; and
  • Conduct and document move in inspection and provide keys to tenant.

      *Prices vary for each successful renter obtained per unit 

 

Other Services Provided 

We are very flexible and can work with you if you have unique requirements:

  • Advertising and managing storage units;
  • Providing advertisement of rental properties, storage units, etc... even if they are outside the Greater Moncton Area;
  • Creating contracts and agreements to fit your needs;
  • Providing Snow Care & Lawn Care of your properties.

Managing Your Unit

If you're looking for a peace of mind and want our professional team to completely manage your property, here are the services we provide:

  • Includes all the services listed under "Finding Tenants Only";
  • Screen all applicants and handle all phone calls, texts, social media conversations, and answering of questions;
  • Our team of contractors are ready to handle all maintenance requirements (*Additional fees for service);
  • Collecting of all rents and provide amount owing to landlords;
  • Handling of completing and submitting all paperwork IAW NB Tenancies Act (will provide copies if requested);
  • Providing invoices to landlord of all financial transactions for rent and service fees;
  • Providing professional Snow Removal & Lawn Care  (*Additional seasonal fees apply);
  • Dealing with all conflict resolutions and engaging the Rentalsman when required for evictions; and
  • Handling any Misc. requirements and requests by both landlords & tenants for the unit as well.
